We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Independent AfterMarket Department for East-Europe, which is based in Czech in Prague.

Within DENSO Europe B.V. the Aftermarket and Industrial Solutions Business Unit is one of Europe's most respected suppliers of automotive parts for the aftermarket.
As part of the Business Unit Aftermarket & Industrial Solutions the Independent Aftermarket Department for East- Europe has a regional function for sales and profit expansion as well as providing customer satisfaction in the Aftermarket.
The Field Service Engineer contributes to the regional sales/profit expansion as well provides customer satisfaction for regional customers by providing the necessary (technical) Service activities in conjunction with Global Denso Service Philosophy and quality standards.
Your main responsibilities areas for the East-Europe region will be:
Support regional sales with the implementation of future installer concepts.
Conduct regular visits/audits to fulfil service requirement for customer like International Trading Group Distributors or Service dealer/installer.
Give product training to customers including adjustment of basic training materials to local circumstances (like language).
Support Sales & marketing team with product technical issues.
Implement the DENSO service Philosophy/Spirits and standards into the region’s service activity.
Join several times per year the European Aftermarket Service meeting.
Monitor, collect and report (competitors) technical trends and Service technics.
Implement DENSO warranty process into customer site & perform warranty inspection training as well on sight warranty inspection.
Support Service tool sales expansion.
